At Maen Donati, we aim to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

 

Items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded (for qualifying cases) within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Product Condition: New or slightly used

• Tags Intact: All labels and original tags must still be attached

• Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original box, bag, or packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

 

• Used, Worn, or Damaged Items — Items showing clear signs of wear, misuse, or alteration

• Orders Paid With Store Credit — Cannot be refunded

• Replacements or Store Credit Orders — Once a replacement has been accepted or store credit has been issued and used, those orders are considered final and not eligible for refund

• House Credit Event Purchases — Items or cards purchased during a House Credit Event are non-refundable. Credits obtained through these events are final and can only be redeemed toward future Maen Donati purchases.

• Elite Card Policy — Elite Card holders benefit from a Lifetime Guarantee on items purchased using the corresponding Elite Card house credit. Eligible pieces can be repaired, replaced, or exchanged under this lifetime coverage, as part of our commitment to lasting craftsmanship.

To start a return or exchange:

2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

 

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• I recommend using tracked shipping for high-value items.

• Maen Donati LLC is not liable for any loss or damage during return transit.

• Restocking Fee: None

• Refund Processing Time: Returns are inspected within 48 hours of arrival and processed within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact care@maendonati.com within 5 days of delivery.

After inspection, eligible items will be replaced or refunded.

Once a replacement has been accepted and shipped, it is final and not eligible for return or further exchange.
