With exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced if stock is available.
All store credits, refunds, and exchanges are processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once a replacement has been offered and accepted, or store credit has been used, those orders are considered final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
